RETURN POLICY
Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return
any item in its original condition with all
contents intact that either did not fit or was a core
return. The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by
incorrect installation. We are not responsible for
installation errors. Please note, these warranty
policies will exclude any products purchased anywhere
besides
www.SaveAndReplay.com.
Product returns that are returned for credit will be
subject to a 20% restocking fee. We
accept no returns on converter boxes
including any electronic items, this includes all
converter boxes like the channel master 7001,
Channel master 7400, Zinwell and centronics except for
warranty issues and no returns for products like the
HDHomeRun which comes sealed with a CD!
Returns will not be accepted for any of the
following reasons:
• Original packaging is missing, incomplete,
damaged or defaced
• If any accessories, warranty cards,
manuals, or other original product
components are missing or damaged
• Product is not in acceptable condition
for resale (scratched, damaged, or other
product altering effects)
• We do not accept returns on any
mounting hardware or wiring products
(guy wire, rotator conductor, Coaxial,
RG6 etc)
Channel Master, Winegard and Tivax
Limited 90-Day Warranty
Channel Master, Winegard and
Tivax products are warranted to
be free from defects in material
and workmanship under normal use
and service. Channel Master,
Winegard or Tivax shall repair
or replace defective product at
no charge, this product must be
returned to us at the customers
expense, no longer than ninety
(90) days after the purchase
.Labor costs for removal or
replacement of product and
transportation costs are not
covered by this warranty.
This warranty will not apply
to product which has been
repaired or altered in any
way so as to affect its
stability or durability, nor
which has been subject to
abuse, misuse, accident, or
neglect. This warranty does
not cover product which has
been impaired by severe
weather conditions such as
excessive wind, ice, storms,
lightning, or other natural
occurrences over which
Channel master has no
control. This warranty will
not apply to product which
has been operated or
installed other than in
accordance with the
instructions furnished by
Channel Master, Winegard,
Antennas direct or Tivax..
Claimants under this
warranty should present
their claim along with
the approved RMA (discussed
below), defective
product,
and proof-of-purchase.
Noncompliance with any
part of this claim
procedure may invalidate
this warranty in whole
or in part.
The repair or
replacement of this
product is your
exclusive remedy
under this Limited
Warranty. Any
implied warranty or
merchantability or
fitness for a
particular purpose
is limited in
duration to the
duration of this
warranty. You are
not entitled to, and
Channel Master is
not liable for,
indirect, special
incidental or
consequential
damages of any
nature.

Discontinued and Open Box Items
SaveAndReplay does not offer returns on Discontinued and Open Box items. All sales are final on these sorts of purchases. Discontinued and Open Box items have been surveyed by our technicians and found to be in perfect working condition. All parts and instructions available at the time of the Discontinued or Open Box items listings are included in the item package.
Please take Notice
We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from us. Any products purchased from another web site or a local store and returned to us will not be returned by our warranty and return department.
We do not receive returns on Saturday or Sunday and these will not count as days for the 72 hour RMA response time.
Custom ordered items or items that you have installed or disassembled cannot be returned.
Damaged items cannot be returned
Outside of the Limited 90 Warranty, no refunds will be given for any reason after thirty (14) days from the receipt of your order.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to cover the cost of shipping and handling when returning the unwanted item.
No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RMA#) number.

Shipping
All items come shipped with FULL insurance. This insurance is to
protect from damage or lost packages. We have very strict
measures in place to ship out all products within 24hrs of placing an
order and provide tracking within 24hrs of item being ordered usually
same day (weekends and holidays are an exception). If delayed further than same day or
24hrs, we will email you to notify you of the delay and reasons for
same. If the carrier does not get the product to you within the
specified time span, it's out of our control. Please don't ask us for
shipping refunds
Illegal Activity
All products sold by saveandreplay are legal in its own state. All Free To Air receivers come with the latest
Manufacture Firmware, ready for FTA programming. We do not support any
3rd party software and sell FTA receivers as intended to be used for
Free to Air Satellite viewing only, anyone that comes to our store
wishing to discuss using an FTA receiver for anything other then true
FTA will be asked to leave our store, anyone calling in the same matter
will be ignored and the phone conversion will be terminated immediately!
