COD

COD Service is available for orders over $50 only, we will contact you to confirm order, after 2 days if we cannot contact you your order will be cancelled!

We do not ship out orders over $1000 COD without deposit on credit card.

Return Policy

All sales are final, and there is absolutely no returns we do not sell second hand or used equipment. There is however a full warranty for any defective receivers as outline below!

20% restocking fee on all cancelled orders if item is already shipped and customer ships back without opening, Shipping is non refundable.

DOA must be reported within 7 days ,otherwise shipping charges will apply!

Warranty Repair/ Replacement is subject to charges to cover shipping

Viewsat / NFusion


We offer an exchange on any product(s) from Viewsat or NFusion found with a manufacturer's defect within 2 years from the date of purchase ,you must email us so we can send you the return address. You must return ship all the original packaging and all items as shipped to you in the same condition it was received. All shipping charges must be covered by consumer. if the product is in non-working order we will exchange the item for you (if  the unit has factory software only). However, due to the nature of the products sold and their usability, there is a no refund policy on all of our products.

Sonicview

Sonicview is covered with a 2 year warranty which is not a replacement unit like Viewsat or NFusion and must be shipped directly to manufacturer or us depending on RMA Instructions from sonicviewusa.

 Products with extended warranty such as Pansat & Coolsat with their manufacturer 2 and 5 year warranty is directly with the manufacturer only viewsat and sonicview warranty for our customers will be handled directly by us.

EMP

All EMP switches come with warranty most with 4 year warranty which we take care of directly at SaveAndReplay!

How long will it take to get repaired/ replaced?
  The RMA proceedure usually takes 2 business days from when we receive the product.

Once your receiver has been repaired or replaced, a Customer service Representative will attempt to contact you by telephone or email.

Repair Fees
  The repair Fees are as follows:

$35 for Hardware repair exchange  with proof of purchase from us walk in ($50 if shipped back to customer)
 
Viewsat/ NFusion and Sonicview Warranty Policy
  All Viewsat products are covered by a 2 YEAR MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

Warranty requirements:

 
  1. Original proof of purchase (receipt)
  2. Receiver must have no physical damage.
  3. Receiver must only have software authorized by the manufacturer.
  4. Receiver must not be modified or altered.

For all orders ordered online or at our retail store, there is absolutely no exchanges or refunds all sales are 100% final, we sell only brand new units as purchased from the manufacturer!

Shipping
All items come shipped with FULL insurance. This insurance is to protect from damage or lost packages. We have very strict measures in place to ship out all products within 24hrs of placing an order and provide tracking within 24hrs of item being ordered usually same day (weekends is an exception). If delayed further than same day or 24hrs, we will email you to notify you of the delay and reasons for same. If the carrier does not get the product to you within the specified time span, it's out of our control. Please don't ask us for shipping refunds
 

Illegal Activity
All products sold by saveandrerplay are legal in its own state. All Free To Air receivers come with the latest Manufacture Firmware, ready for FTA programming. We do not support any 3rd party software and sell FTA receivers as intended to be used for Free to Air Satellite viewing only!
